Our Story
Rooted in Nicholasville
Unify Coffee Co. was born from a simple belief: that the best moments happen when people come together over something genuinely good.
Founded in 2020, we started as a weekend pop-up at the farmers market with a single espresso machine and a passion for connection. Today, our shop on Bethel Harvest Drive is a gathering place for students, families, and neighbors who value quality and community.
We source our beans from sustainable farms and roast them in small batches to ensure every cup tells a story. Our bakery items are made from scratch daily using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
